The Marathon Sports Agency is a sales rep firm based in Upstate New York, which has represented sporting goods
companies for over 10 years. Our agency has recently delved into the multi sport world by partnering with companies
who manufacture equipment for use in these sports.
When we select companies to represent, we typically look for high end/ high quality manufacturers who are innovative
and technically advanced – basically, companies who have a story to tell. In this case, we have found companies who
specialize in cycling/ running/ triathlon, and who also fit this mold. We believe our world class line up is second to none,
and we think you will too. Many of the companies we represent are already very well known in the industry via trade
magazines and popularity in other parts of the country, but they just have not found their way to this part of the country
– yet.
Companies like Valdora Cycles (www.valdoracycles.com), First Endurance (www.firstendurance.com) and Lock Laces
(www.locklaces.com) have all found their way into our arsenal of products. While there are many commonalities
between these companies, there are a few worth mentioning. First, each of these companies is very well represented in
other parts of the country, but has not found their way into the Northeast. They all advertise in the typical Trade
magazines (Triathlete and Inside Triathlete), as well as some additional Cycling, Swimming or Running publications. This
means that your customers have heard of these brands, and these companies are pushing them into your stores. Second,
each of these companies has world class engineering, impeccable design and craftsmanship that is second to none – yet they
are still not a household name. Finally, all of this does not come at the expense of profit and margin for the retailer or
affordability for the triathlete.

none of what he doesn’t. To make it convenient, these come in a prepackaged gel flask, or in a 32 oz. Refill container. Additionally, they have Optygen
